Graham’s Holiday Shoot!

Those of you who follow me on Instagram may have seen a sneak peek of this extremely handsome little fella!  This is Graham, and it was a pure joy to work with…from his smile, his curiosity and his dance moves we had a really good time on this shoot.  As I sat editing his portraits I began to smile, because his smile made me smile.  Thank you Graham for such a wonderful shoot and for being such a wonderful happy little boy.

Enjoy!

It’s Baby #1 for Vaughn & Kim!

Oh the joys of expecting your first child plus…not finding out what your having until the arrival! There are some who choose to know what their having ahead of time and some who just want to have that moment of surprise.  Vaughn and Kim are among the parents who wants that surprise!

Class of 2017: Jaiyda

What a joy it was to shoot this beauty.  Jaiyda was in the Atlanta area visiting the campus of  #ClarkAtlantaUniversity which will soon be her college home starting in the fall!

Jaiyda’s a very smart, hardworking and dedicated young lady, that is very determined to be successful.  Clark Atlanta was one of her top schools to attend, so I was truly excited when I found out she was accepted… plus I’ll be able to see her more often!!

I’m wishing her much success and happiness as she starts this new chapter in her life! Continue to reach for SUCCESS, you deserve it!

Historic Fourth Ward: The Lilly Wedding

Just like their Fall engagement shoot, Barry & Topaz Wedding was Absolutely Beautiful! There was so much Love surrounding them. The weather was great and the Historic Fourth Ward Park was the perfect spot for a #WelcomeToLillyLand Theme!

They both wrote their vows, which left you understanding their love for each other.  Their relationship is built not only with love but friendship, respect, support, and confirmation that they see the beauty in each other.

From the mist of water blessing them during the ceremony, to Topaz mom showing up in the beautiful form of a Rainbow(that you will surly see throughout the images).  I felt blessed to be apart of this wonderful union.  They will forever be apart of the Gober family.

Barry & Topaz Lilly, I Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a blessing to my life, you both bring such Happiness and Love to those who are in your presence.  I Pray for continued love and blessings for your Union.

When I’m not shooting People.

What do you do to relax or Let your mind run free?

Well, my hobby is sewing.  For me, it’s relaxing fun and rewarding.  The rewarding part, is knowing what I make is going to fit just how I want it to…and at a very reasonable price.  I haven’t been sewing long and I still have  a lot to learn, but thank God for my mother-in-law, she’s my go to person when I have questions! And there are times I have a lot of questions…I hadn’t used a sewing machine since I was in Junior High School, but the basics came back with no problem.

I find a lot of inspiring projects on Pinterest, some are easy and some are challenging. But my all time favorite person to follow  is Mimi G Style, she has the best styles and tutorials! I’ve sewn several of her patterns and tutorials. Check out my Pinterest board on things I’ve sewn or to see some of the things I need to sew! I know you’ll love all the boards.

What is it you Love to do…scrapbooking, sewing, designing etc?

At some point I’ll start to add my hobby in with my Passion of shooting people!

So far this is one of my favorite projects, This jumpsuit is so comfortable! This image was taken with my phone, so i’ll have to get more professional ones soon!

Enjoy!
